Brief Job Description: Broad understanding of the utility industry, including general principles of power generation and transmission systems Understanding of WECC, NERC, NAESB, and FERC standards, regulations, business practices, and policies as they pertain to transmission and energy scheduling and tagging. Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills. Must possess strong PC skills.Word, Excel, database and statistical analysis software also desirable. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.Verbal and written communication skills essential. Basic knowledge of accounting, auditing, contract, and inventory principles. Must be able to work under time constraints and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
